How long do custom orders normally take?

We like to allow 6 weeks for our custom items to be finished once our manufacturers have received the fabric. Fabric shipping times vary greatly depending on brands, European brands can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, local brands can be a matter of days. We will discuss expected times before following through with your order.

What brands of fabric do you use?

We can supply almost any fabric brand you can imagine! Or if you've found a picture of one you like but have no idea where it's from we can help you find it. 

Where are your rugs made?

Loloi has a large range of rugs sources from various countries, particularly  India, Egypt, China. Our scallop range are hand made to order in India.

Where are your custom furnishings made?

Our bedheads and window furnishings are made in Melbourne and our chairs and sofas are made in Brisbane.

Can I supply my own fabric?

Unfortunately we do not allow customers to supply their own fabric. We do our very best to supply a large range of fabrics at very good prices.

What is the minimum quantity of fabric I can order?

This can vary from company to company, but in many instances there is a 1m minimum. There will sometimes be a surcharge for orders of this size.

Where are you located?

Our showroom is located in Goondiwindi, a little town just over the boarder in south-west Queensland. However that does not stop us from supplying the whole country!

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
