As our rugs are shipped to you directly from our overseas suppliers and manufacturers we are unable to offer returns on these items. We highly recommend that you order a sample size first to check the finish and colours before ordering your full rug. Samples returned to us within 3 weeks will be fully refunded. Postage is at the customers' expense.

Damaged items

Should any of your items arrive damaged we will repair or replace them at our expense. The extent of the damage will determine whether we repair the item or fully replace it. This decisions is at the discretion of Plain Jane Interiors.
