Rugs: Returns are only available for faulty items. We do not offer returns for change of mind and encourage you to order samples of our rugs before placing your rug order.

Lighting: Returns must be sent within 3 weeks of receiving items

Fabrics: Sorry, we cannot offer returns on fabric orders. We encourage you to order a sample of your fabric first to avoid disappointment.
